Description
This blown glass vessel is an example of the artist’s signature innovation of incalmo technique, in which separate pieces (“bubbles”) of glass are kept molten hot and joined together at their perfectly sized seams. This work appears to be comprised of three sections: an amber base at the bottom, a green middle section, and a thick black opening at the top.
